Forgive and Forget

When someone hurt you,it is important to deal with hurt and anger and the one who is not able to do so ends up becoming a bitter person.It’s so difficult to forget things and move on.Act as if nothing happened no matter how much does it hurts because holding feelings of being treated unfairly can affect your peace and your happiness.If you can’t handle it on your own ,seek for help to people you trust and share your problem and move on.People who are wise will advise you.Live in the present and look to the future and forget about past.Allow those who have hurt you to apologize and that will save you from becoming bitter to them.Communicate with them rather than holding a grudge.Remember we all human and we all do mistakes,revenge is not a solution is only a day thing,but the glory of forgiving remains forever.It’s your choice!!!IMG_0706
