this is lovely and it’s one of my best highlights in Ntabazwe. The little eyes are watching and little ears listen. When it comes to being an example I should be aware that the choices I make not only affect me, but also children who regard me as their superhero.when I have difficult choice to make,I should think aloud and allow kids to see how I work through the issue,and make decisions.the process making good decision is a good skill.Apologize and admit mistakes and when I make a bad choice let those who watch me and learn from me know that I make mistake and how I plan to fix it.I encountered so many problems with some of the players in Intabazwe when every one wanted to play,but I managed to fix the damage and I saw smiles from the little ones which brought more confidence to myself.It is so important to whatever I choose to do with my life, be proud of who I become.This may be a long road but it is the responsibility of a role model to commemorate the lesson,gather strength,and character development.
